Gunny’s Boot Camp is running a 4 week and 6 week body maintenance boot camp program at the Market Common. It’s a continuous fitness program meaning that you can join at anytime. Boot camp runs Monday thru Friday starting with the 30 minute beginners class at 5:30am followed by the 1 hour advanced class at 6am.

My 6 week boot camp is only $100. Each new member will receive an initial fitness assessment and take a fitness test prior to training upon request. Each session starts off with stretching exercises and warm up exercises. Throughout the program we will focus on core strengthening, fat burning, endurance, calisthenics, stamina, explosive power through Plyometrics, muscle toning and strengthening exercises and agility. There is not another more affordable boot camp program in the area. Nor will you find any instructor in the Grand Strand with my experience, I’ve served 20 years in the Marine Corps and 3 years as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island. I earned my certification as a personal trainer from the Marine Corps personal trainers course. I am also a Marine Corps Martial Arts instructor, life guard certified, and CPR certified. I run my program so that all levels of fitness can participate. How much you put into it is what you will get out of it. You may also ask about my beginners classes.
