Competition Team Challenge (CTC)
The purpose of the CTC is to set goals which will help improve our ninjas’ motivation and commitment. The CTC will help them stay focused on what to accomplish, help them assess their strengths and weaknesses, and track their performance using a tier model consisting of five levels, each offering more points towards their final score at the end of the challenge.
Students will be given a score card at the beginning of class. They will fill it out, track their points during the week, and turn it in at the beginning of class the following week, then they will receive a new scoring card. The coach will confirm the scores and track points for all the competition team students.
Top scorers will be posted on the leader board the end of each week. The Leader Board will display top scorers of the week, and top scorers overall.
