Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Beast Ninja reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Beast Ninja refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
Event Cancellation by Beast Ninja
Beast Ninja reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Beast Ninja cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Birthday parties may be cancelled at any time, but there is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for all parties and events.
Monthly memberships must be cancelled prior to the date for renewal. In the event a member wants to cancel a membership after the monthly fee has been paid, there is no refund offered. The membership will be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
All membership cancellations must be in writing and submitted 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. You can fill out the membership cancellation form here or do so in person or by mail at our location:
