I specialize in weight loss, strength training, cardiovascular endurance training, flexibility, core stability, specific sports training, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, therapeutic rehab exercise and Boot Camp circuit training. Fitness Experience and Style: I have been a personal trainer and fitness coach for 5 years.

It is an absolute passion of mine and I love seeing my clients reach their goals. I enjoy a variety of workout styles to keep things fresh rather than boring. I strongly believe that exercise should be FUN! I want my clients to look forward to working out and making positive lifestyle changes.

When I train clients, they will never be doing the same exercise over and over again. Instead, we will focus on switching up the routine to promote muscle confusion to get better results. Each workout will vary based on your individual goals and needs which will be discussed in our initial consultation. With the use of knowledge, proper form, a full body array of exercises, and motivation – everyone can live a healthy lifestyle!

Quotes I live by:

To insure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life. – William Londen

I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. –

Weight lifting and exercise has been a passion of mine every since I lifted my first set of dumbbells in high school. I joined the Marine Corps in December of 1994 and made a 20 year career out of it. During which time I’ve done 3 combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq. The Marine Corps is like no normal job, physical fitness is just as important as your technical skills if you have any plans to get promoted and excel.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from so many physically fit Marines with very different athletic backgrounds. I spent three years at Parris Island SC as a Drill Instructor, graduating the top 5 at Drill Instructor school. During my tenure at Parris Island, I attended a three Month Personal Training Course where I became certified as a personal trainer. I also graduated from the Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructors Course to be certified as a Close Combat Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor.

While serving, I took advantage of other different training programs the Marine Corps offered such as Life Guard training, CPR certification, and open Water Survival Training. As a senior enlisted Marine, I offered to supervise the Marine Corps Body Composition Programs under my command to motivate and help Marines who fell out of the Marine Corps Fitness Standards.

Physical fitness is a way of life for me, I want to help others find the passion within themselves to make fitness a part of their lives as well.

“Each new day is an opportunity to improve yourself. Take it, and make the most of it.”
